That Black Girl Site Does The Red Carpet At Cicely Tyson’s School Opening

I’m used to going to events as an editor (which equals VIP access) but ‘press’ is a different story. I was trading elbows with photographers to get my pictures at times. (Don’t worry I can hold my own.) Anyway, I got to see a lot of the goings on as Miss Cicely L. Tyson opened her eponymous school in East Orange, New Jersey.
